• In order to accurately assess our candidates, we test for various skills and proficiencies, like basic clerical, computer, typing, accounting, customer service, etc. for a position where they can be successful for you.

Interview:

• After our candidates are tested, we conduct in-depth, in-person interviews. Our experienced recruiters are skilled with asking the tough questions so we can ensure our candidates have genuine interest in the positions offered.

Selection:

• We will easily streamline the process by ensuring each candidate has all the proper forms, documentation and certifications prior to presenting to our clients.

Send Out:

• Our qualified candidates are then sent out to a client to start the temp assignment. MSI stands behind our placements with an 8 Hour First Day Guarantee! If for any reason the candidate does not work out on their first day, we will replace that candidate free of charge. Additionally, you will not be billed for the first day!

Quality Control

• We follow up first thing to make sure your candidate has arrived safely, and again in the afternoon to ensure we have exceeded your expectations. We will continue to follow up weekly during the course of the assignment.
