New role as MSi’s Vice President:

I look forward to leading MSi into its’ third decade in business.  With the team we have assembled and the strength of the local job market, the potential is limitless for MSi.  Through my innate leadership abilities I will help to hire, train, and motivate our team to continued growth.  The greatest part of my day is waking up and knowing I get to come to work everday and control my own destiny, and help my team control theirs as well.  The future is bright for MSi and I welcome the opportunity to lead us into it.

 

Background:

Kellen joined the MSI team after moving from New Jersey. He became involved in the South Florida construction market and worked for local General Contractors in Project Management and Business Development roles. Kellen brings a detailed, caring approach to MSi and hopes to expand his previously developed network and business relationships.

 

How can he make an impact in this industry?

I’ll approach each day with a fresh outlook and try to be a sponge for all of the great qualities embodied in the people who surround me.
