Ted was born and raised in New York, in Westchester/Hudson Valley to be specific. Ted came to South Florida to get out of hospitality (and the cold) and quickly found his way into recruiting and hasn’t looked back. Recruiting is a rewarding experience and has always been a natural skill of his to want to make connections amongst his personal social group.

Before coming to MSi, Ted was a Physician Recruiter for ER doctors. It was a great learning experience but unrewarding and inconsistent. The ability to help local businesses build strong corporate teams is much more rewarding.

In his spare time, Ted LOVES offshore fishing, spending time with his Girlfriend and fun fact: Ted is a Pro Aqua Cross racer (Personal Watercraft Racing).

He’s excited to join MSi and bring his own personal dynamics to the team and can’t wait to see what new challenges it brings!
