Background:

Born and raised in South Africa, Peer completed his education in the US after his love of travel took him abroad to finish his final semester in England. In 1998, he partnered with Jody Moore to form MSi Consulting, after a successful career with an international recruiting firm. Peer’s responsibilities include the day-to-day business operations of MSi, including strategic planning, budgeting and business development.

What is Peer’s outlook for the future?

Our Firm has seen a broad increase in revenue across a wide variety of sectors. Where our growth used to be centered around construction and building, MSI is experiencing a big uptick in technology, healthcare and retail. In addition, manufacturing is playing a leading role in our top line revenue. Continued growth across the board is expected as the effects of the widening of the Panama Canal are felt in both Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Our average placement time from order to fill has been reduced by 50% as the unemployed population in South Florida shrinks. Our temporary placement division has doubled in size over the same period and 2013, and we expect the growth to continue! Bring on 2015.
